A handful of words don’t take -(으)시- at all — instead, they change into a completely different word. Some are verbs, some are nouns.

집댁 · house, home
생일생신 · birthday

할아버지께서 진지를 드세요.Grandpa is eating a meal. — the honorific form of 저는 밥을 먹어요
할머니께서 방에서 주무세요.Grandma is sleeping in her room.
선생님, 성함이 어떻게 되세요?Teacher, what is your name? — more polite than 이름이 뭐예요?
할머니께서 지금 댁에 계세요.Grandma is at home right now.
있다 splits into two. When it means a person “exists,” use 계시다. When it means “to have” something like time or money, keep the regular -(으)시- and use 있으시다.
할머니께서 방에 계세요. (○ — existence)
선생님, 시간 있으세요? (○ — possession)
선생님, 시간 계세요? (✕)
