4강. 실전 대화: 과거·현재·미래를 엮어 말하기

열쇠 하나였다: -(으)ㄴ / -는 / -(으)ㄹ · 5분

Putting Past, Present & Future Modifiers Together

Now you have the master key to describing nouns across all three timeframes!

- 과거 (Past): -(으)ㄴ + 명사 *(어제 만난 친구 = friend I met yesterday)*
- 현재 (Present): -는 + 명사 *(지금 듣는 노래 = song I am listening to now)*
- 미래 (Future / Plan): -(으)ㄹ + 명사 *(내일 먹을 점심 = lunch I will eat tomorrow)*

In daily life, Koreans constantly use these modifiers with generic nouns like 것/거 *(thing)*, 사람 *(person)*, 곳 *(place)*, and 때 *(time)*:
- 제가 좋아하는 것 *(things I like)*
- 내일 갈 곳 *(places to go tomorrow)*
- 어제 산 거 *(things I bought yesterday)*

과거 (Past)-(으)ㄴ · 어제 본 영화 · The movie I watched yesterday
현재 (Present)-는 · 지금 듣는 노래 · The song I am listening to now
미래 (Future)-(으)ㄹ · 내일 할 일 · Things to do tomorrow
ㄹ-drop (살다)산 / 사는 / 살 · 우리가 사는 집 · The house where we live
어제 산 옷이 아주 마음에 들어요.I really like the clothes I bought yesterday.
지금 마시는 커피가 정말 향기롭고 맛있어요.The coffee I am drinking now is really fragrant and delicious.
주말에 볼 영화를 미리 예약했어요.I reserved the movie we will watch on the weekend in advance.
