쥐 (rat) · 소 (ox) · 호랑이 (tiger) · 토끼 (rabbit) · 용 (dragon) · 뱀 (snake) · 말 (horse) · 양 (sheep) · 원숭이 (monkey) · 닭 (rooster) · 개 (dog) · 돼지 (pig). Add 띠 to the animal to name your zodiac: 토끼띠, 용띠.
Koreans often ask 무슨 띠예요? (“What’s your zodiac?”) to guess someone’s age in a friendly way — people with the same animal are 12 years apart.
