Two particles both translate as “at”, and choosing wrong is the most common mistake learners make for months. The rule is short.

에 also does time

세 시에 (at 3), 주말에 (on the weekend). But never with 어제, 오늘, 내일, 지금. 내일에 만나요 is wrong — just 내일 만나요.

People take 에게 / 한테

Not 에. 친구한테 전화했어요 — I called my friend. 한테 is what you say out loud; 에게 is what you write.
