Verb/Adj stem without final consonant + 「-ㅂ니다」 / with final consonant + 「-습니다」
받침 없으면 -ㅂ니다 · 받침 있으면 -습니다

주의할 점 · Watch out

질문은 「-(스)ㅂ니까?」로 끝냅니다. 친구에게 쓰면 너무 딱딱하게 들립니다.

Questions end in 「-(스)ㅂ니까?」. Using this style with close friends sounds overly stiff.
